10 things you should take in your Trail backpack when you run in the mountains.
At the time of going for a run in the mountains, we must bear in mind that we can not cross with anyone for hours (depending on the kilometers that you want to run) and even if it is a busy route, there are things that we should always carry in our backpacks.
1- Mobile charged and with battery.
2- Drink and enough food. Better that over and not missing.
3- Salt tablets (especially in summer)
4- Vaseline for chafing … many hours of running often cause friction even if you are used to the use of garments.
5- Hat, glasses and sunscreen.
6- A small medicine cabinet.
